Corporative Objective 2&4: To provide to the Prime Minister and Ministers through the Chief Secretary high quality and timely policy advice, monitoring and coordination of provinces and districts programs within the administrative sector and the whole of government.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Quality and timely policy advice, monitoring, coordinating and reporting of sector policies, programs and projects within the sector.
2. Quality and timely service delivery by provinces, districts and local level government through effective monitoring and coordination.
