Corporative Objective 2&4: Provision of high quality and timely policy advice to the Prime Minister through the Chief Secretary in relations to strategic government policies and plans within the Law & Justice, Governance, Social and Administrative Sector and the Whole of Government.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Quality and timely strategic leadership and policy advice, response and management oversight of Law and Justice Sector.
2. Quality and timely strategic leadership and policy advice, response and management oversight of Governance Sector.
3. Quality and timely strategic leadership and policy advice, response and management oversight of Social Sector.
4. Quality and timely strategic leadership and policy advice, response and management oversight of Administrative, Provincial and District Services.

Coordination of law and justice sector programs 

 Coordination of community development programs within the social sector

Monitoring and coordination of provinces and districts programs within the administrative sector 

Coordination and monitoring of public sector and national reforms and programs 

 Monitoring and coordination of governance programs within the governance sector

Monitoring and coordination of health programs within the social sector 

Monitoring and coordination of education programs within the social sector
