Corporative Objective 6: To ensure successful delivery of honors and awards ceremonial outcomes and timely provision of strategic advice through the Committee to the Prime Minister (NEC) as per the National Identify Act 1971.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Effective and efficient coordination and management of Honors and Awards system.
2. Quality and proactive secretariat management and support to the Honors & Awards Committee and Governor General’s Office.
Honors and Awards Forms
The Nominator must complete the Nomination Form and the Nominee must complete the Nominee’s Checklist Form. Both the completed Nomination and the Checklist Forms must be submitted together with all relevant documents where applicable.
