Corporative Objective 6:       To provide quality, sound and timely HRM advice in relation to Human Resource Management, Organization and Change Management Strategies and Employee’s Condition and GESI in line with the Public Service General Orders 2012 and the Public Service Management Act 1995.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Quality and timely response to the Departments Change Management Strategies and successful implementation of the Department’s HRM Plan;
2. Effective and efficient Human Resource (personnel) and Payroll administration and management.
3. Effective and efficient Administration and provision of advice on relevant GOs relating to the Employment’s Conditions, Industrial Relations and Occupational Health and Safety, Disciplinary and GESI streamlining
4. Quality and timely Executive Advice and Administrative and Corporate support services
