• Provide leadership and guidance to coordinate and oversee implementation of the Government’s Vision 2050, Loloata Outcome and alignment to other National Strategic Plans, particularly DSP 2030 and MTDP III 2018-2022;

• Provide policy and management advice to the Prime Minister as Head of the executive arm of Government;

• Coordinate policy advice via the CACC to the Prime Minister & NEC;

• Coordinate whole of government policy development, implementation, monitoring and reporting;

• Lead the public sector in relation to performance and accountability, including performance management and monitoring and reporting of NEC Decisions; and

• Provide support services to the Governor-General, Prime Minister, State Ministers and NEC, in the conduct of their official roles and responsibilities.
